Hush for now. Please, you need to understand.
Listen. I love you. Something that I hadn't planned
Perhaps this surprises you, maybe it won't
I love you, stupid. Even though you don't.
Stop beating around bushes, questioning
Motives, and listen. Is this more than a fling?
I can't just let you run me in circles now,
I'll be falling tonight, you just determine how.
I'll be you sun, your moon, your stars, your sky
You're looking at me and wond'ring why
You see, dear lover, our time is short
If love is what you ask, abandon your cold fort.
You might have been blinded by my once childish games
But my time with you established love's flames.
The curtain falls anon, you should take a bow.
I love you, stupid. Quiet, it is over now.

Your hands find mine
Your lips brush my neck
Everything's just wonderful
You pull me close and hold me tight
You tell me that you love me
You're a liar, but it's quite alright
But babe, what happened to those days?
What happened to your touch, your kiss, your skin?
Just give me an answer, just give me a sign
I know it was just a game, but I was fine playing along
Just remember that this is not your love song, but maybe it's mine
Don't know what I did
Don't know why you won't meet my eyes
You used to hold me close
Now you push me away
I don't care if you've found someone new
I never did ask you to stay
And sometimes I think I miss you
And sometimes I think you're wrong
And sometimes I wish you'd never left
And sometimes I wish you hadn't lied
It's a tangled web we weave
But I guess it's time to cut these threads
I can't keep up with your games
And it hurts to think you're gone
I keep telling myself that 'cause
For all that I've tried, I just can't move on
But babe, what happened to those days?
What happened to your touch, your kiss, your skin?
Just give me an answer, just give me a sign
I know it was just a game, but I was fine playing along
Just remember that this is not your love song, but maybe it's mine
This is not your love song, but baby it's mine.

If all be fair in love and war
He's all yours, but until then
Forgive me for thinking you're a whore
He drinks too much and is quite a bore
And I'm sure I can find better men
If all be fair in love and war
You're indecent and flirty, which he may adore
But I would hardly rate you a ten.
Forgive me for thinking you're a whore.
Honestly, I'd love nothing more
To stab you with a pen
If all be fair in love and war.
If your hopes have hit the floor
And your life is falling apart again
Forgive me for thinking you're a whore
Want my advice? No? You sure?
Good luck. Have fun. Amen.
If all be fair in love and war,
Forgive me for thinking you're a whore

"Hmmm, I think theres far to much of this soppy stuff going on around this website by half!"
Agreed?
I need to get back to that zombie series.. but then you never know where soppiness will show up...
it is soppy but I rather like it because it's got a true feeling to it, whereas a lot of soppy things feel maudlin and over-dramaticized
