I walk alone on a dirt path, A cool breeze sweeps up fallen leafs, they whorl around my head like a cyclone. The smell of rain fills the air and a shot of lightning strikes the earth. Quick footsteps come from behind as I glance behind my shoulder and see a ghoulish face. With a loud shriek, I book it as fast as my legs can go I am full of adrenaline and tear down all that lies in front. Finally gasping for breath, I stop to rest on a tree stump.

The hideous creature was nowhere to be seen and I begin to relax slowly. With a big breath in, I begin to stand and continue walking home. 7 minutes goes by and I can see my town. As I near the town, I hear laughter from children. I wonder what all the commotion is and begin to jog. When I arrive, I freeze in horror Too what my eyes deceive me a witch is at my house. I am instantly terrified and shocked why a witch would be knocking on my door.

I build up the courage to look once again; as I peer around the corner, I see nothing the witch she is gone. I let out the breath at I was holding in. I take a step out from my hiding place, and continue walking home. As I get to the center of the street, I hear more laughter. Looking around I notice a child dressed up like a dog. I am puzzled why is this child is in a dog outfit? I push that thought aside and walk home.

Safe inside my house I make some hot chocolate and relax by the television. As I scan through the channels I hear a knock at my door its 8:37 at night. I set my drink down and walk to the door. I open the door and look at who it could be. My jaw drops and terror fills my body. I cannot believe my eyes it was that hideously looking creature from the woods. Why would it come to my house? Does it want to kill me then eat my innards? I faint. The ghoul stares and takes off its mask under the mask a Childs face appears. The Child begins to smile and says “trick or treat”
