untitled

I saw you in the harbour as I wasted off the day Came into the your circle and the music made me stay As ships came in for landing I rode away again But I had you in my eyes, too firmly fixed by then In the night I heard the crashing of African drums Enthroned in the hanging tree, pounding songs of love Your circle ever-growing, still I came to wait But as the sky grew brighter, again I went away One more time I met you across a felted green I knew your story, but you had only what you'd seen A wraith in the harbour, a ghost in the road A mystery like you, who wants to be known Here's to the boy who plays drums in Bastion Square I'll wait in the morning-will you be there? *This was for Haze- cheers.

This brings to mind some very pleasant images - the ships in the harbour, the drummer boy in Bastion Square... It all just has a very distinct feel. So yeah, wonderfully done, +1.
