To make love under a pale green sky, while the sun rises and the rain god smiles
To see you clean as you never were, and feel you dream between my breasts
To switch off minds, and cease the trials, to think deep thoughts and reconcile
As one whole thing for a moment only, for that’s as long hope can hold
I find you
Lack nothing
Peace.
Brother, would you lie with me, by the running stream, ‘neath the willow tree
Not a word to pass our lips, when a kiss will whisper in us just as well
To pause, not to leave but only stand aside, as horses crash across my path
And step back in to living when life makes sense again

Breathe
And release.
