untitled

A green sky, blue sun, yellow leaves. Imagine what the mind conceives. We always drew a smile on the sun. Do you remember when we were young? The orange water, red clouds, purple snow. Then you had to go. I kicked the wall and broke a toe. Sour flower, sweet fish, ditch the food, eat the dish. Hats for shoes and shirts for skirts. Soap is filthy, so we bathe in dirt. Poking jokes and jabbing puns, all too serious when having fun. Then you had to go. We wanted wings, among other things. And too often we attempted to defy gravity. Butterfrogs and bullflies swam in the cloudy ocean while we watched waves in the sky. Then you had to go. You said colors had a smell. Does taste have a sound as well? I remember turning the ground upside down so we were lying on the ceiling. It was such a spinney feeling. We must have married each other a dozen times. You and me, and that headless doll of mine. Then you had to go. I found my tongue was tied and laughed until I cried.

everything has this cute whimsical feel but "attempted to defy gravity." is too long and breaks it down a bit :(
