I Pass My Time With Oversized Guns and Monkeys
untitled
White water crawled up those marble pillars and with it red, black, blue, yellow, green, white and all those other words that dream of being colours. I strolled all through the mausoleum, waiting for my friend to come. I looked all around and he was nowhere to be seen and I slapped my head head and it was obvious there was no water no fish can come here! I went back to the swamp with my six blade knife, it can do anything for me (or you).
There he was that pristine animated tube and I saw him with a squelch. He took one look at the tree behind me and even though he was blind as a bat he started swimming away as quickly as he could until I was alone beside this log looking at nothing but swamps and minnows. Mangroves crawled to the sky and on their branches funny monkeys with huge noses were climbing. I saw their red fur in gleams and snatches but they were too far my hands could not reach. I took out my knife and carved into the tree graven images and wished to heaven that god would might me down. I had no reason to die, but wasn't that reason enough?
The water turned white with the froth as BazookaFish swam all the way up to me and there were minnows inside him I could see them darting out and in. BazookaFish couldn't see them because he is blind and for him the angle is all wrong. I asked him, "Why do you have those minnows?" and he told me they were his friends. I guess our friendship just wasn't enough for him anymore. I got up and started to climb this tree because I was going to make some new friends as well and they would be monkeys with huge noses and bright orange fur. I asked Bazookafish, "Why are you so scared of this tree?" and he said that he was terrified of the monkeys.
I have a gentle heart and it is just not right to hurt your friends in this manner so I came down from the trees, even though I was having such a wonderful conversation with this monkey named Sally. I sat on the log again and again and and we took a nap.

It has been so long since I've read a good Bazookafish story, or even simply an aslid story.
As with all of your pieces, it's a little weird at first, but after a short bit of reading, I fell into the groove, and I loved it. You have such a strange way of narration that is ridiculously strange yet can really carry you along if you just go with it.
