A difficulty with IF
« on: August 26, 2009, 09:58:02 am »
I'm seeking some administrator assistance. I can't seem to access my portfolio, or anyone elses for that matter. I'll click on "show all" but nothing happens. What is up?

What browser are you using?

If you know your way around said browser well enough, could you tell me if any javascript errors show up?

Could you get me a screenshot of the page after you've clicked 'Show All'?

I'm using IE. I never got any Javascript errors but I tried re-installing Java in case there was a problem with it, but that didn't change anything. And as far as a screenshot goes, there's nothing to shoot. All it says is "Leto's portfolio" and "Show all," that's it. It's as if I've written nothing and it's the same when I click on anyone's profile. When I click on show all, it literally does nothing, no change.

Which version of IE?

I'd appreciate if you could get me a screenshot anyway, because I can't seem to reproduce the problem and I've got nothing else really to go on. If you don't want to share the screenshot with the world, feel free to message it me.

That would probably help, sorry. I'm using IE 8 on vista home basic. Here's a snapshot. It looks the same on any other profile.

Oh dear, I didn't know IE8 was out. Sigh, more browser stupidity it appears. I'll try to get hold of a copy to test & fix.

Have you tried this?
