I don't really remember, there were some things. Probably not to this extent. IF2 is an order of magnitude more complex though, and a lot of the stuff in it I've not ever done before, so that explains why it's currently so shaky.

Okay, just uploaded a bit of IF work I did today. Here's a rough lowdown of the bits you might notice:

  • Notifications are now more specific, giving the usernames. They also use the date now rather than the time (what a useless idea that was). This will only happen with new notifications, however.
  • Comment display boxes are a bit cleaner.
  • Major thing that was really the focus of the newness anyway: Thammoc.
Thammoc is explained in detail heeere, but in short it's a means of getting a comment back for giving comments. I think I've managed to make it unobtrusive and generally beneficial to everyone regardless of whether or not you want to participate in it. Also provides a nice easy link for members to bookmark and click whenever they want a bit of reading material.

Post any problems/comments/suggestions here.

There should be a piece search, organized by the ability to search for specific name of piece, and ability to search through pieces according to their category.

Sometimes I'm in the mood for some prosetry,  sometimes some expressive prose, sometimes some sociopolitical banter, if you catch my drift.
