Now, seriously folks, what turned your frowns upside down today?

This is to replace the previous happiness thread, which AE wants preserved at 1000 for posterity.

hahahahaha

i wasn't exactly expecting to have anyone abide by that...

so this right here made me happy...
Ironypills - Yay! I'm coming!
Cyanide - I did NOT just have that orgasm!
Bowers - I really wanna come

I feel like I haven't been living my life.
I just want to do at least one illegal thing
to you tonight.

Obama won for real, Tropic Thunder, Wii bowling, and making a song.
“That's it. I'm just following my nose and waiting to see what comes up.”
“Welcome to the club.”
“Club? What club is that?”
“The International Brotherhood of Lost Dogs. What else? We're letting you in as a certified, card-carrying member. Serial number zero zero zero zero.”
“I thought that was your number.”
“It is. But it's your number too. That's one of the beauties of the Brotherhood. Everyone who joins gets the same number.”

several things made me happy today, all movie related.

http://www.traileraddict.com/trailer/monsters-vs-aliens/trailer [starring rogen, colbert, witherspoon, sutherland, and others]

Depp will play Tonto in the upcoming Lone Ranger movie.

Gaiman will have a hand in producing the movie for the Graveyard Book

Being happy about spending less to get obliviated makes your hangover worse? It always makes mine better to find out I didn't spend as much as I drank :P

no,
the though process in working out that I had money left and the feeling of happiness caused my head to implode.

I'm not so good at the thinking stuff when I'm hung over

hahaha.

uhm

Brian asking, "You didn't write stuff [read: erotica] for Antigone/Ismene did you? Cause Oedipus Rex is already screwed up enough....."

took me a second to understand what he meant and then i was laughing for ten minutes of the sort that hurts so good.

also, i noticed that the old thread had 67 pgs as well as 1000 posts and that made me happy as well. :)

Right now, I'm watching the Princess Bride.  It's my favorite movie, so...woohoo!  Also, my cat just jumped in my lap, and his name is The Dread Pirate Roberts.  So it's very appropriate that he's watching this with me.  Ha.

I've just noticed that most of the google ads at the bottom of pages are about loans or credit counseling, etc. This causes me not so much happiness as schadenfreude. I, my friends, have no debt, and will fucking well stay that way. Who's winning now, old people?
